History Overview
LEANARROWS is founded by our CEO, Gyanendra P. Singh. He is Master in Business Administration and certified Lean Six Sigma black belt, PMP and CSCP.
He has been working from last 25 years in India and several MENA countries with diversified industries and organizations engaged in manufacturing, packaging, supply chain, distribution and servicing operation.

Our Team
Mr. Eqbal is an MBA Professional in Learning & Development management. He has 20 years of extensive experience in design and delivery of training and development programs. His career has included roles in learning and development, organize and offer training sessions using lectures, group discussions, team exercises, training activities.
He is one of the founding and proud members of LEANARROWS. He has led learning and development businesses and services in Middle East. He has undertaken many training and coaching assignments over the years, typically focusing on Senior Management-Executive levels.
He has delivered several training programs and conducted workshops in MENA countries like KSA, Egypt, Tunisia, UAE, Oman.
